We hope to develop a full on-line shop which will enable you to place your order over the web.

In the meantime if you would like to place an order then please call our shop on 01595 693000.  At this time of year we are open from 10am to 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday.

We are not able to accept orders by e-mail during October so please call the shop—apologies for the inconvenience.

You can pay by credit card—we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch and Delta.

All our deliveries outside Shetland are made by Royal Mail.  Postage & Packaging costs for UK Mainland addresses are included within the prices for our hampers and crafts & gifts.  For other items we will advise of the delivery cost at the time you place your order.  For orders received by fax or e-mail please do not include your credit card details but make sure that you include a daytime telephone number and we will call you back to  confirm the delivery costs and the order with you.

Delivery takes 5-6 days by standard parcels.  Certain items need to be sent by Special Delivery so that they arrive within one day of leaving us.  We will advise you of the means of delivery and the delivery cost at the time you place your order.

If you are not entirely happy with one of your craft purchases then return it in perfect condition within 5 days and we will refund the cost of the item less the cost of postage.
