We wanted to make some jams that are a bit different and I think we have managed that!  The addition of orange juice to our own rhubarb seems to just accentuate the flavours in our Rhubarb jam, the Sweet Earl Grey & Lemon jelly is elegant and refined and is a perfect accompaniment to warm scones, whilst our Sunny Melon & Ginger Jam is just so melonny!  Go on, enjoy them all!
