We have two new ranges for you.

 

Our mustards have proved to be a really big hit, with customers enjoying the carefully ground mustard seeds with some special flavours. 

The Spiced Orange mustard has been really popular in the shop and at markets here on Shetland—it’s just perfect for steak and chips.

The Wholegrain mustard is made with garlic and fennel and makes an excellent base for a salad dressing.

And the Yellow Herby mustard is made with lots of freshly chopped herbs and is a real proper mustard.

 

At the other end of the spectrum we have been working hard on our jams.  We were keen to ensure our jams were really fruity but still at an affordable price.

The Rhubarb, Orange & Ginger jam uses our own home-grown rhubarb, and the addition of oranges really helps to enhance the flavour.

The Sweet Earl Grey & Lemon Jelly is a light lemon jelly gently flavoured with an infusion of earl grey tea leaves.  This creates a delicate jelly that works perfectly with scones and the like where it adds a refreshing taste for a perfect treat.

And finally the Sunny Melon & Ginger jam is something special.  An elegant jam with pieces of melon suspended in a delicate melon flavoured jelly.
